Help us make it rightMax, the owner, took a $10,000 deposit and assured me we would have our product on time. It is now three months past the due date, we hired someone else to fulfill the order, and he has still not refunded us any money. He finally returned my phone call now that I have threatened to go to the District Attorney and called him a thief. He doesn't want to return the money because he claims he ordered some product but just hasn't had the time to install. We don't need it anymore. We needed it done three months ago. Run away and do not use this crook.
Ordered a frameless tub/shower sliding door with one being stationary..It has been leaking since day one..I called several times and was either stood up or calls were never returned..When a person did show up he didnt even call first..He tried to fix the problem but all he did was add some clear tubing which made the problem even worse.The water accumlates on the door, slides down and creates a puddle the length of the tub all over my newly tiled floor..I beg anyone not to use this company their customer service is horrible..He takes your money and then youre pretty much history
I ordered patio screens and left a deposit. It was supposed to take three weeks and eventually took three months. No telephone calls were ever returned which became very frustrating. I did get a call back when I called anonymously to say I wanted to order something. They called me back in a few hours. When asked why they aren't doing my job, I was told that there was a problem getting supplies. Then RETURN MY DEPOSIT or call me back.
