Prima's motto is "Prima bends all the rules". Yes they bend all of the rules is how to sharpen dies correctly. This company is an amature and should not be used, especially, if your dies cost thousands of dollars.
Horrible customer service. Left messages and sent email's for weeks. Mailbox was full no response. I don't know how they stay in business. I will not send nor recommend you do business with this company. They are very flakey!
