The staff was knowledgeable & friendly. Pricing is relatively competitive but like they say 'You get what you pay for"" So if you're looking for quality & personal service then this is the shop you want to do business with.

I was actually in the shop when the above person "Delly Schwitters" with the "customer service" title was kicked out of the shop. After she got done cussing out the front desk person (who then went to get the shop owner), she then proceeded to cuss out the owner. The shop owner had just politely offered to even DELIVER her order for her to a neighboring city...but that was apparently not...

This business is not worthy of one star. I placed my order of prayer cards on Wednesday for a memorial service to be taken place on the following Monday. I was promised the order would be complete on that Friday. Monday morning i whent to pick up my order only to be told that their presses had been down since thursday. I did not get a phone call or an e-mail to let me know they could not...
