I have lived at Cress Creek for a little over a year and I have had a great experience. The office staff is very courteous and attentive. Maintenance has always fixed my problems in a timely manner, although no big maintenance issues ever occurred. Parking is free, and spots are not hard to find. Please fix the elevators. They are absolutely horrible. I have been stuck in them twice. I am going to start calling 911 each time I am stuck so they can come let me out, rather than me waiting for the elevator to move again.
The location & ameneties are a great quality. The apartment is relatively quiet but you can hear small dogs barking or arguing every once in a great while but you cannot hear walking above or below you nor can you hear televisions or music playing. The neighbors are respectful of your privacy & the occasion wildlife from the pond is a nice view.
