Preservation Kitchen has been our go to restaurant for almost every dinner out for the last 2 years. The last two times the food has been average, at best. The service is always outstanding.

Food was outstanding from appetizers through dessert. The braised short ribs are highly recommended. Service was friendly and efficient , especially considering our server was bartending and we were seated in the dining room (you rock Aluna!). Eclectic and warm setting that's suitable for a romantic date, or casual dinner. We will definitely be back soon!
