The building is relatively new and in a great up and coming location. Every month it seems like a new restaurant opens on Stone Way and the apartment is within in walking distance of 45th, Fremont, and Gas Works Park. There is a bust stop across the street that can get you down town in 15 to 20 min.

Thank you Prescott Wallingford. A 5 minute walk to a Troll under a bridge. A 5 minute walk to a beautiful park on the lake with an amazing view of the city. A 5 minute walk to the best dang fish and chips in the history of fish of chips! I feel like I'm living in a dream here. If you are looking for a nice home near Lake Union with views of Mt Rainier and the Space Needle, then look no further. Prescott Wallingford is a happy medium between city life and community-oriented suburbs. This place was great to live in, conveniently located next to the bishop which take you downtown, 7/11 and a pizza place. We were the first residents and liked the building. We lived on the top floor so there wasn't any issue with noise from the neighbors. Staff in the building is friendly. Not always helpful but …
