There was a power surge at my apartment complex which cause my router to send out weird signals. Upon finding out that it was my apartment causing the issue they shut off my internet with no notice. I find it ridiculous that you guys aren't even open on Saturday afternoons. At least have a "Hey, my internet is down AG...AIN" number for people to call. I live at Woodland Park and it is a constant issue getting timely service. See More
