I really like the service here. Riche, Chris are very hospitality. They helped me called the service center many times to waive my delayed fee. And right now we become good friends.By the way. The mobile case in their shop are better than most others.

Chris helped me with my new phone purchased and solved some other issues I have with my previous carrier. I have always had doubts in TMO's service but decided to give it a try after talking to Chris.Not sure about other staffs there but I would rate my experience a 5-star.

Great store. It is not large but the staffs there are great. They were super helpful with their customers. I personally dealt with RICHE who took the time to answer all my questions and explained any potential fees and costs I may incur. He gave me time to read all the fine print too and he did not seem …
