If a zero star review were allowed, I would use it. I guess I should count myself lucky in my dealings with this company. They didn't charge my card, so I'm not out my money. I received an acknowledgement of my order and an order receipt; however, I never received anything further from them. I cancelled my order with them and through my bank.

I placed an order with this company and never received it.They will not answer their phone or return emails.Better Business Bureau has almost 100 complaints on this company. I wish I would have checked with them first. Next step after filing a complaint with the BBB is talking with Minnesota Attorney Generals office.Please check out all companies with the BBB before doing business and save...

As others have stated, this company is one of the worst businesses I have ever had experience with. You can forget getting someone on the phone, or by email for that matter, to help you with an order that THEY got wrong. Don't bother with these people. Terrible.

Proof of Delivery

Donald received his radio 12/4/08 at 2:36pm, his signature is on file showing proof that he did in fact receive it. If anyone is interested the tracking number is: 1Z 146 YY8 42 9878 367 3 and this will clearly show that the radio was delivered. No one ripped Mr. Porter off, it would have been very nice if he would have updated this when he received his radio!

Simply, I placed an order for $188.71 on 11/15/2008 and Premiere gladly took my money and did not ship the product. My emails bounce and they do not answer the phone..Should have done my homework better...Always do good homework on internet businesses.
