Premier towing.. All of the staff are very hateful. They are contracted through the Springfield, Mo police department and are the towing service that tows all of the cars for Springfield Police. With this being said, I think this is why they feel like they can be total jerks. And a heads up, they are not the cheapest in town, or the best. Call Dusty's Wrecker service, $35.00 for a local in town...

Jason was very good with my car. They have a very friendly staff! I didn't have a long wait time at all. I was back at home within an hour after my collision.
