DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! My husband and I are both in the military and PCSd here in June, we were in a bit of a rush to pick a place to live. We found Pier 1 Condos and decided to rent it because it was cheap, and we needed to save money. HORRIBLE DECISION! cheap is cheap! We have been here for 4 months, and have been living in a construction zone. Our landlord said she would fix carpet, counters and everything ASAP, 4 months later its still not done. there was MOLD and she wouldn't pay for us to stay in a hotel while it was getting fixed. there is a ton of drug activity, sexual predators, fights, break ins WEEKLY, and she told us it was a quiet neighborhood. Cops are outside at least 3 times a week because of one of the above happened. For $700 you can find a house or better apartment in a better area and not put up with the horrible things that go on in this complex. STAY OUT!
