Preferred Long Distance Inc

Preferred Long Distance Inc. called stating they are a sister company to AT$T and since we are such a small business we could save since AT$T is more for larger companies. They made a offer of $25.00 for each of the three lines I had. However the invoice was for well over $400.00. They tell me there is no supervisor I can speak to or a main office nor an email in order to solve this issue....

The most dishonest company I have ever dealt with! The rep lied to me! I had an agreement with them. Despite repeated requests, they would not send me in writing the the details of what the rep and I had discussed - I agreed to one price, but when they actually sent me my invoice it was not near what I had agreed upon.
