When I was told that they require $1,000+ for a pet deposit and that is their standard,I was floored. Very shady business, avoid at all costs! I've also heard that they like to keep security...

The property manager is rude and obnoxious and never takes calls and the office staff are incompitent. Everyone I know that has rented from these people have complained about the service they have recieved. They also charge outrageous prices for the management of the properties: $450 to clean one house on the inside and that's not including any repairs that might need made.

they are rude, i will never rent from them again. they never gave me notice to any projects being done to the house.. what happened to a 24 hour notice ???? others have said they had problems as well wish i would have known that.. they charge you for a credit report they never run, and also i heard you never get your huge deposit back.. mine was $1,000...so lets see if i get any back????? also...
