Very pushy sales people who are not interested in helping you unless they can make a profit. I felt condescended to because I came in for a battery replacement for my regular wristwatch. Avoid!

My wife bought me a watch that the supervisor said she could take back. Precision Time, however, would not let me to take the watch back and would not honor their promise to my wife. They did, however, allow me to exchange the watch for a different color. In my opinion they are still liars.

My wife bought a watch for me from Precision Time as a gift. The store manager said that we could take the watch back and get our money back if I did not like. However, they did not stick to their promise.
