Almost walked out of there without spending a dime. Warranty I had with Toro didn't cover my son's 4x4 adventure with the mower. Had I known the blade was broken in two, I wouldn't have bothered them. After looking at the damage, I ponied up and felt good giving this company my money for quality parts and expertise so I could fix myself (budget in mind). Thanks again Precision, you have a...

I took my stihl chain saw to them for repair. They told me it was shot I needed to buy a new one. I sold it very cheap to a friend for parts. He cleaned the carb and it runs like a top. Won't be returning to precision in the future.
