After the initial refinishing job, I asked them to come back, and they willingly did so and put another coat on my desk. Very satisfied with the customer service, and the technician was extremely accommodating and nice.

I had to call them 3x to check on the status of my order and they finally said they were unable to do it. They did not offer any alternative fabric to the one I had given them for the job nor did they recommend another company that could do the job. They were unable to commit to a timeframe and appeared to be avoiding you when you call. They were friendly in the beginning of the process.

They do lovely work and are very personable. The problem is their time management,. Waited longer than expected for the chair. But...well worth the wait.
