Precision Auto Collision is awesome! They are honest and reliable with all their work. I had other quotes from different shops to get my car repaired and Precision Collision was the best. Not only were they more reasonable they take a lot of pride in the work they do! Really happy with this place, I highly recommend them!

Bad customer service. Won't honor "totally satisfied" slogan on shop window. Used expensive ($1000), cheap, embarrassing Fast and Furious HID replacement headlights instead of "factory OEM parts" as stated on company Facebook page. Prior to work done, I sent email links from US and local vendors that carry replacement Original Equipment Manufacturer headlights from the Japanese Domestic Market....

I went in for brake pad replacement and they found that I needed to replace the rotors. I believe the previous place I got my brakes done might have screwed them up.

Had to come in for 2 separate visits due to ordering of the rotors. 2nd time didn't charge me tax or labor which was awesome. Yeah rotors range about 30-60$ each on the internet. But nice people.
