I'm the treasurer of my HOA board of directors. Our HOA had been managed for eight years by the same management company. I was tired of hearing the constant complaints from my neighbors about mismanagement and lack of attention to the community's needs. So, I decided to run for the board and do something about it. Throughout the interview process, it was clear that PPM's credentials and expertise was what we needed. Now, almost a year later, I'm still getting bombarded with compliments and praise from my neighbors for our decision to switch to PPM.
