We have not yet begun replacement of my home heating and hot water system, but are in final decision stage. Mr. Powers is extraordinarily knowledgeable, has explained my options, and I am confident will do the job well.

He was great!! He got back to me more than I did to him. He was patient regarding our warrantied water heater part. He planned the repair around our schedule. Great JOB!!! I would call him again.
