Unprofessional

I will never ever deal with this company again. Not only did they rip me off on a 2004 infiniti, but when i called to pay off the loan Edith and Rachel were the most unprofessional and rude employees. I paid it off on 3-17-11, paid extra 4 the title to be fedex and Edith could not provide me with the tracking num when i called today. By the way they are affiliated with MAGIC AUTO SOOO.. BUYERS BEWARE OF BOTH! I AM NOW WONDERING IF I WILL RECEIVE THE TITLE FOR MY NOW PAID OFF 2004 INFINTINI.
