Yes, we love Pottery Barn. No...we often don't like the prices (pricey). However, they have those "just perfect" little items that will help spruce up any room in your home! I love to shop here, but I always spend more than I want to. Occasionally they have some really good sales (closeouts) and that's a plus. Well organized and with very friendly service folks.

Poor service from Pottery Barn

I was told I could return an online purchase at a store-the sales lady said ups would
pick it up that day and return it to the distribution center. Now no one knows where
this is and the store manager won't help and the online customer service told met o
sget a tracking number which the store ahould have but won't help with.
o now I am out almost $300
