Pretty yummy sandwiches and friendly service. Fyi to management, it's not appetizing to see your employee on her phone on the line between making orders. Plenty of seating and quick.

If you have a promotion, you better make sure you can handle the extra volume. Potbelly had a BOGO deal so I ordered online through the app. Waited 20 minutes before I could ask about my order....

Recently imported “from the Windy City”, these “neat” “grab-and-go” outlets enter the lunchtime “throwdown” with “spot-on” sandwiches served toasted and “priced right” (“the Wreck is the bomb”); they’re “a zoo” at midday, but “efficient” counters move the line “pretty fast.”
