One of our favorite places to eat downtown. The food was fresh and tasty. They were one of the first that we saw to have an open kitchen. The staff was friendly and efficient. An excellent experience for anyone looking for Mediterranean style cooking.

The menu for palmino is quite extensive, and the artwork adds a beautiful touch to the authenticity of this restaurant. What I really like is the separate tapas bar, which is open later than the regular restaurant. There is a rooftop bar as well, which offers a beautiful view of the city. The wait staff is very polite, the food is served quickly, and the drinks are priced right.

Park in the La Salle Plaza underground ramp. It's well-lit, heated and after 4pm, Palomino validates for three hours.
There's an extensive and reasonably priced wine list, but you can also bring in your own bottle. The bonus? If your wine is not on the menu, there's no corkage fee.
