Efficient, helpful and thorough - with rarely any waiting. And their customer service is excellent. I use this Postal Annex for all my client's needs and recommend them often.

Rude, unfriendly, and with an attitude. Not a good experience. I've used this place many times before, but not any more. Try to avoid them, not worth it.

I use this place quite a lot as an alternative to the post office. I didn't realize you could send certified mail through them and am kicking myself for all the times I have waited in horrendous...

I love this place! I am here a few times a week to drop off packages for FedEx. They are always very nice and helpful.
