The service was quick and I left feeling assured my package would be packaged well since the cashier specifically asked me if any items were fragile and asked me to show him which ones. HOWEVER, the Christmas presents were received and the fragile item had been packed on the bottom of the box with NO packing around it and ALL the other items on top of it! Needless to say this careless act...
