The apartments are great and the building is new. My least two favorite things about Post 510 is the guest parking and security. There's a limited number of guest parking spots so it means that your guest won't have a place to park after a certain time. There have been so many break-ins, even with a "secured" gate. One incident windows were busted, then another with a 2015 Escalade was put on...

The best part of this apartment complex is the location. You are a 6-8 dollar uber ride from downtown, midtown, washignton and rice village. The appliances are great but I don't cook. Washer and drier are in your apartment but at $2200 a month I expect that. Tall ceilings are great and the ac systems works really well.
