For the price and getting pictures right away gave this a 2 star. The rushing is ridiculous so ridiculous I didn't get a group pic in front of the background that I came in for. My package came with an ornament but they have never called to say that it's in yet as they were supposed to. I will go back only because of getting pics right away and the cheap packages. I won't pay hundreds though....

I'd give them no stars if I could. We arrived about trn mins early. I asked the man at the desk if they were backed up and if so how long since we hadn't ate yet. I booked online the only appt time they had after my son was out of school. Translation we are hingry, there are a lot of people, do we have time to grab a... snack. He said no we would start right away. So fibe mins later we started....

Not a very good experience. The photographer was in some kind of rush , wasn't very patient with kids...would not recommend.
