They are so rude. I went ones and I will never do it again, five minutes late make them cancelled my appointment even its the first time I visit them and the address so confused.

I just left there today and I thought it was a great experience! We were in 10 minutes after our scheduled time and all together, taking photos, choosing photos and waiting for them to be developed it took about 2hrs. It takes time to do all this so if you don't want to spend at least an hour and a half I would take your own pictures...And do not walk in, schedule an appointment! The staff were...

The pictures are amazing and the staff was great. We got a great deal with our package and got a cd to go with it. The lady helping us said that the pictures were low resolution, but they look just as great on my computer as the did on theirs. The only thing I would say that needs changed is the amount of staff.
