Old world Charm in a modern downtown location

This is one of my yearly stops when I go to Madison. The food is excellent and plentiful, I have never walked away hungry. But the indoor old world charm may be the real key. If you get a chance choose the round seating areas. For privacy you can close the drapery and you are in your own world.

Good Italian Option. Great for couples

The area we were seated was a round table with a nice feel. Closed off enough that you feel like you are the only ones there. So a thumbs up on the unique interior.
The food was flavorful and did not disappoint. Generous portions.
