I have been the captain of a 74' Viking for 6 years now. Back in July on a late Saturday afternoon we were running north off the coast of Port Canaveral and hit something offshore. I contacted Scorpions Marina that was referred to me by another captain in South Florida. The staff was preparing to close for the day. After telling them of our situation they stayed after hours and waited for us to arrive to get us out of the water.
