Help us make it rightBest BBQ by far. There are many places in Jackson & Marshall county to get good BBQ, but in my book, Porky's is hands down the best! Not one bit of fat in their pulled pork and the sauce is great also. Lunch hot food bar is always good also. Excellent, friendly service. They also cater the Dinner Theater at my church at Christmas, and it's always great.
I think I liked it but it was late in day and chicken was sort of dry. Only had like two meat choices as it is cafeteria style. Use of salt was very liberal. I had chicken but they had a pork loin as well. If I was ever around here again I would try again.
