With over twenty years experience in the restaurants industry, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen made a name for itself as a New Orleans based fastfood restaurant. The main attraction on the menu is the chicken cooked in various ways, as well as the seafood dishes. The restaurant has locations in over forty states and also abroad.
The only reason they get two stars is because 2/5 times, my food is actually good and fresh. Otherwise it's cold, undercooked, or just flat out old. It's a coin toss every time you go in there. Expect a wait 85% of the time. Management sucks! It's the closest one to my home so I frequent it because I enjoy the Popeyes flavor.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with Popeye's. When I got to the drive thru to order they said it was going to be 35 minute wait for white meant so I opted for chicken tenders instead. 20 minutes later I am STILL inline waiting for my food!!! Never again! If I could give less than one star I would!
