I have had this happen a lot but today was the worst. We order a family meal with 2 LARGE sides and they fill them half way with mashed potatoes. 2 small scoops per container. This was the last time I will eat at a popeyes.

My favorite Popeyes! Everyone there are so nice and always smiling. Their customer service is by far the best compared to other locations. They even have a customer that turns 100 years old on the 16th of January that drives to Popeyes twice a day has even been three times in one day and all of the people there know him by name and are so nice to him. It was nice to see young people respectful...

This is what you'd expect from a fast food chicken joint. The shrimp is pretty good, the staff is friendly. It's not all that clean. Good buttermilk biscuits.

Great customer skills but seriously lacking in knowing what pieces of chicken go in a 10 piece and knowing that biscuits come with it..Sent in a report to Popeyes' main complaint center because trying to call repeatedly and all i get is a fax machine..if problem not rectified i will never go to another popeyes ever
