I called pop a lock after stupidly locking my keys in my truck(with it running) Guy was there in 5 mins and had it opened in about 30 secs. Awesome service! Super fast and reasonable on price too!...

The woman who took my call was very rude. She actually sounded annoyed that I had called and needed to have my car unlocked. If I was basing this review on just my experience with her, I would have only given one star. However, the man who showed up to unlock my car was awesome. Super friendly and nice. He even explained and patiently showed my 9-year-old son how he unlocks cars. Very cool guy!

The lady on the phone was rude. She was almost mad that I would dare call her. She needs to be taught how to treat paying customers. Would not recommend strictly because this woman is rude both times my company has used this service.

The service on the phone was horrible. My 17 yr old daughter locked her keys in her car at otc and they would not come out when I did not know the adress of the building she was at. I just called another company and went on with my money!
