Horrible experience. They took my money, proceeded to make and break appointments, verbally abused me, and refused to refund my money. I triied to get the Better Business Bureau involved, and they would not respond. They refused to claim my certified return receipt requested letter. They obviously do not stand behind whatever reason they think they have to keep my money, because they refuse to...

Beware of this company, also doing business as ""Poolscapes"". An elderly woman shows up at your house with a lovely presentation (DVD, posters, photos, etc.). I signed a ""design agreement"" and made plans for the required follow-up appointments (for measures, etc.). I never heard from them on the dates selected. I left a voice mail several days later, and only THEN heard back, with excuses...
