Well I used Pools Etc. a few years back and was very happy with the service until they ran into problems with help and when I told them I wasn't satisfied they argued with me and never did correct it.....there were dirty streaks on the sides of my pool that a little better brushing would've fixed. they did admit that it was a brother inlaw filling in and he wasn't real experienced and was...
