No customer service. Met insurance is great but the agents in this firm are not there to help. They are only interested in selling you securities. BEWARE

Very poor service. I have had them for years and plan on leaving. Whenever an auto or home owners question comes up I have to call multiple times and wait for a response. Office is unable or unwilling to process normal auto related (insurance) products I. E. like the purchase or change of any vehicle. Consumer beware.

I used Pool Tech to install a pool last week. I was nervous due to it being our first pool. They were great from start to finish. Very responsive to phone calls and questions. Nice when they came out and very quick. Would recommend them definately.

I have used Pool Tech for three pool installs. They have been the only company that I would ever think of using. NAMCO suggested to use them the first time we needed a pool installed.Kind, polite, and professional is the only way I can describe their service. They get five stars from us.They repair and take down pools, also.

We had Pooltech install our above ground pool as well as close it every year. They are very efficient and professional. They take time to answer questions too.
