I have never had a worse customer service experience in my life. Purchased a pool table and had cue work done by Mark Kulungian (owner Pool Table Magic) - big mistake! Mark does not stand by anything he sells. I was misled on the quality of the table he sold me. When "refinishing" my $550 cue, i was given back a shaft with permanent lathe marks all the way around. This place is nice for large groups of friends to play pool. It's open and the tables are decent. The prices are a bit high but they do off...
