Ordered my cover almost 2 weeks ago. Got one email saying it was awaiting fulfillment. Called twice and emailed twice asking for an update and got no response. Customer Service is terrible and I will have to cancel my order and try to get a refund. Very disappointed.

So many bad things happens to us with these guys. You name it, it happened. I'm still waiting for my receipt from my final payment! It's been over a month now...I was told it was going to be sent in the mail the day I made the final payment over the phone. Still haven't gotten it...frankly I'm not surprised!

We have been having very very bad experiences at Allied (do not go there), so we finally gave up and on recommendation went to Pool Spa. Zack, helped us, and within 12 hours our pool was back to a clear pool, and no more green. We were so excited when we woke up and had a clean pool again. The Pool and Spa Center is fabulous. They are super helpful and their customer service is excellent. They went out of their way to take care of us. It has been a pleasure dealing with them. Customer service oriented business - thanks guys!
