They did some repairs that weren't part of the original proposal to clean the pool and didn't charge anything additiional although I did pay them more because of their extra effort. They came back a couple of days later to do an additional cleaning at no charge. Their technician really knew his stuff.

Jeff did a great job repairing the cracked rim of our infinity edge pool. The repair job looks better than the original installation. Jeff has a level of interest in the success of the project that is tough to find with other contractors. Couldn't be happier with the results and a great value!

The project became a gunnite installation. This was a MUCH less painful experience. than I expected. Jeff worked really hard to make sure that the process was as painless as possible. There were a few glitches - as with all large construction projects - but the folks at Pool Builders stayed on top of everything until everything was right and beautiful.
