This "casual" Billerica Indian "aims to please" and usually succeeds, with a menu featuring "different regional choices", all "lovingly prepared"; a few find it "a bit pricey if you order several items", but it's still "pretty affordable for the quality."

I am from the UK. Went to the Pongal with my family for dinner.. The WORST ever food we tasted.. The food was worse than a pigsty. Worst service. Would advice any hungry people Not to waste their money going to this restaurant...

Very bad experience. The food is ok but the service is so bad you feel like a loser around the management. They treat you like animals. The service was terrible and the manager was arrogant with everyone around. I will never go back to this restaurant ever.

I have been here couple of times and service is always very slow. Even when it is uncrowded they take 30min+ to serve appetizers. Food is average to good.

Though I've been here many times before yesterday they impressed with the service. Many items in the buffet were not halal so we asked for some halal chicken and they obliged by making it separately for us.
