I received horrible customer service when I called for grooming services. The receptionist was very rude and not helpful. She laughed at me when I asked if they could do an afternoon appointment for the same day. Even if that were true it is never ok to treat a potential customer with disrespect. They will never receive my business.

I really like this place. I sent my husbands German Shepard mix puppy to be trained for 5 wks. Wow! what a difference it has made. She doesnt jump on me any more and she really makes my husband happy with her great behavior.
