I made an appointment earlier in the day. When I walked in, a stone-faced lady who lost the ability to smile when she was 5 years old greeted me. If you want service with a smile, this is not the place for you. Waited 15 mins even with an appt. The manicurist was fair but nothing special. Won't be going back unless desperate.

They would not honor my gift certificate that was 2 weeks past expiration. This was a paid gift certificate not a free giveaway. I even spoke with the owner. I would rather patronize a salon that actually provides good customer service. Do not give them your business, there have got to be other small businesses that value your dollar more than this place.

Love love this nail shop. I only get my nails done here. My first visit was a little bit of a price shock for a fill on French solar but totally worth it. In fact I give an extra 5 tip, which anywhere else would be a new solar tip and then some left over. But I tried another place and my nails were horrible. Never again.
