Help us make it rightI decided to try Polo Cleaners since they are a local business. I gave them 4 shirts to clean and press; when I went to pick up my shirts one of my shirts had been torn to shreds. The entire tail of the shirt had ben torn off into threads. When I questioned the attendant she informed me that the shirt was is disrepair and that a simple washing caused the shirt to be torn to shreds. The shirt was relatively new and had no signs of wear.
