Tonight I was "Wowed" by the customer service at this location. Our food took an inordinate amount of time to come out. The manager came out to personally apologize and give us a free drink....

Absolutely horrendous service. Waited 20 minutes for my food. Staff was slow and undermanned and seemed uninterested in keeping up with the lunch time pace. Not exactly "fast" food.
