Parking lot weeds and faded lines. The dinning room is dim and dull, the buffet side is tired as well. Fried food is the biggest lead items. I would like to see the kitchen and see how well that is kept. I wish they would do a make over, but it seems that milking the building is the most that...

My wife and I have been eating at Politz for many years (fried seafood platter in cornmeal) and this this is the absolute best we have ever had in our entire lives. Now mind you, we have tried many other seafood restaurants, (in New Orleans among others) but cannot find any that come close to Politz. It is the standard...

Only open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Friday night always packed...for a reason, it's great.
Cost...4 people can drink all they want, eat as much as they want for under $100.
If you have to have white tablecloths and fine wine glasses....bring your own.
Parking is a battle.
The food is great.

The dirtiest in Thibodaux to eat that I have ever been in. It smells like pee in the place. I could not eat it is so nasty. The carpet in politz "s skins I do not think it has never been change. You can get better food at the deli in walmart. I don"t know how the broad of health let's it stay open the kitchen is worst than the dinner room.
