I've had them out to clean 5 times now and they have consistently done a thorough and professional job! Friendly, and heeded my instructions to the letter. I did have one issue the first time, but they quickly corrected it, and since then have had no problems. This last cleaning was the best yet! In addition, I've received top notch customer service from Anna and Bridgitte.

So grateful for the post Christmas clean today! The trash bins were heaping and the house had pockets and piles of madness in every corner. Nikki was her usual beautiful self and joyfully sought out solutions at every opportunity! She Even asked for a fresh lemon to tackle the soap scumb in our bathroom! She is a keeper for sure! I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Anna and rest of the Polished Cleaning crew. I worked with them long distance (I'm in Florida) to arrange for cleaning services for my mother-in-law who just had surgery and wasn't mobile. They were very responsive and patient in all the back and forth to arrange for the cleanings. My mother-in-law has also been very impressed with the quality of cleanings...
