The view and service were amazing! Great spread on the buffet. Chef Gil is a top notch addition to this fabulous restaurant. If they would open every Sunday brunch this place would be the hot spot in MKE for brunch. Who wouldn't want to see the whole view of our beautiful city while seated in a moving well run establishment?!
The restaurant is only open for brunch twice a year but it's worth the experience. The staff are professional and friendly and the food is excellent. Looking forward to next time!
The Mother's Day Brunch was superb! Amazing selections at the carving table...great salads and fruits...beautiful dessert choices...excellent service and engaging staff. We will return! And as the restaurant turned a full 360 degrees as we dined, we viewed the changing Milwaukee skyline.
They said they didn't have my reservation even though I showed them my confirmation on my phone. I was told that I needed to email the confirmation to the manager to get my points. Miraculously, now I have them. Probably not heading back.

At this elegant, candlelit revolving restaurant -- on the 22nd floor of the Hyatt Regency hotel -- you can see Lake Michigan and nearly all of Milwaukee while you dine. Select from grilled beef tenderloin, duck with white bean cassoulet, and seared sea scallops. AE, D, DC, MC, V. No lunch.
