The staff was very welcoming and check in was easy. Rooms were spacious and quaint. great view! Was there in off season, so very nice and quiet. Good location to downtown and prices were reasonable. If you are looking for super fancy, not your place, but very nice and clean, no thrills.

Very disappointed , looks good in pictures only, location is nice but rooms have not been upgraded probably since built. Bathroom and shower are terrible, mattress is super hard, actually have holes in the blanket...a/c is hard to set to desired temperature, wifi does not connect if they even have one. Overall much better options in the city just within...

We spent a late fall weekend here and found it a good value. It's clean, well maintained, comfortable and quiet. All the rooms overlook the east bay and have a nice size balconey. The only drawback is the distance to downtown. That's not too much of an issue in the fall, but could be with summer traffic.

My daughter and I meet in TC every year for a wine weekend. This year we stayed ay Pointes North and were very pleased. Our room was large and the bathroom was huge and we had our own jacuzzi in our room too ! Breakfast in the morn is your typical breakfast but nice
We will stay here again next...

Pointes North Beachfront Resort Hotel was the perfect place for my wife and I to spend our anniversary. The accommodations and staff were wonderful. Relaxing atmosphere. The water is crystal clear with beautiful sunrises and sunsets along Traverse Bay. The local restaurants are wonderful too. We found plenty of outdoor activities for the week, and the beauty was everywhere.
