Pointe South Animal Hospital

Our beloved yorkie went in for a routine teeth cleaning only to have her die few hours later . She already had blood work 10 months previous didn't think their would be any complications . My dog dies and they wanted to charge me after the death , for the cleaning and couple hundred for CPR . They did refund cleaning I don't know if I can Trust them with any more work . I didn't feel like dr was really sincere about the passing of our beloved yorkie .I felt like it was all about the money, I'm a man who doesn't have many tears but to see my wife's little dog gone, I wept the whole time...

Pointe South has always been my vet. I have 3 cats and 2 dogs which they have always taken great care of. Their staff is always pleasant and caring. Their prices are lower than any surrounding vets.
More importantly when Sandy got hit by a car they took exceptional care of her. I felt like they treated her like she was true member of my family. She unfortunately did not make it :( The staff and Dr Berdeen where all very compassionate and understanding.
If you need a veterinary office that cares about your pet, this is the place.
